District Constable Damion Pryce sole purpose in life is to make the lives of all whom he comes in contact with better. his foray into the world of representation started when he became the first Vice President of the United District Constable Association (UDCA), in 2017. Being a very ambitious person, it is no surprise that he later became the President of the UDCA.
He has been a committee member of the Jamaica Constabulary Welfare fund since 2019. This is a role he takes very seriously.
He wears many hats and is an Electro- Mechanical Technician. his first love however is policing.
The JCWF means many things to him, but what stands out the most, is, that the fund represents a source when there is no other source available. his mantra is service above self.
