The First and only female Chairman of the Police Federation, she has over the years proven that true representation comes through longevity, understanding the problems of members’ welfare, and a commitment to the task even in the face of adversities. Experience & Activities
During the period she commenced two major research projects gained from the insights by the other directors and members. She has researched matters affecting members that can be corrected through training.
Her duties entailed ensuring that important documents concerning the Police Federation are properly stored, ensure that important information regarding the Police Federation is documented and ensuring that Court rulings are properly archived for the future.
Sergeant Arleen McBean lives by the motto, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” She is seeking re-election to the Central Committee.
